My name is Tova Galnur. I’ve worked in corporate world for more years than I care to admit. I’ve seen a lot of “fairy tale management” behavior. I’ve managed small and large departments, and I owned a retail boutique until I was bought out.
After being certified as a management instructor, I taught management the theory and practice; and most of pearls of wisdom in this site came from my own experience.
I’ve noticed that I am sought for consultations by my friends who own small businesses and who marveled at the simplistic, common sense approach to deal with their issues.
I thought this site can help others.
