Change process management is one of the biggest challenges facing any organization; especially today, the pace of change increases daily.

Change is a powerful word. Heck, every successful presidential campaign is based on the “change” theme. I am not digressing from the subject, I am just pointing out how powerful this is. All changes impact the organization.

Change occurs all around us all the time and we are affected by change continuously. We change from one moment to the next. We are not the same now as we were a moment ago.

Change in a business impacts employees’ attitude and productivity, business relationships, customers, etc. and it is up to our managers to carry out the duties of the company towards its customers while helping employees navigate through the change du jour.
